1st off, they are arrows, crossbow bolts are about 6" long. An AZ -EZ will re-fletch anything. Some flat nock arrows for xbows have 8-32 tpi threads in nocks, which you can take a regular nock for long arrow, cut off the part that goes in shaft, thread it for a 8-32 screw. 10 pt has a square embedded in their plastic nocks and sells an adaptor for fletching. Hard to tell what you need w/o knowing what type nock is in the arrows you want to fletch, Good luck!!

The nock on the arrow is a very shallow one, looks like a notch. I have a bitzenburger fletching jig.

Sounds like a half-moon nock, your work has just begun..

There may be an adapter to fit that nock into your jig, but I have never seen it, then, there are many things I haven't seen..
I had to change mine out for the ones that fitmy jig, your is probably different. (nice jig BTW)

I've never seen the fletcher you have, so know nothing about it. An arrow here, an arrow there, your buddy might be money ahead to just get more arrows. If he is like some of us other arrow junkies, lol, get an AZ EZ, imho.

should mention.....you can take off the xbow nock.....press a conventional nock on to fletch....and then replace the xbow nock.[8D]

RE: Fletching crossbow bolts?

I don't know if it will fit but Bohning sells a reciever that uses an o ring that grips the shaft rather than recieves the nock. I do not believe it is featured in their online catalogue. If memory serves me right I had to call and ask for it. Basically it there is an o ring where the end of the shaft goes into the base of the fletching too and the fit is tight enough to hold the arrow during fletching.
If you can find an older type glue on nock to fit the end of the arrow you might it might be able to make the shaft friction fit the nock.

Good luck.
