Hello, yes this me is that you? Cold glue/gel/ epoxy is fer carbons not hot melt! Unless they have changed since i had my Bow shop, lots used cynate but i used epoxy and it was there. Hey they may have changed. I use alum.'s, like them better thank you.

LOL, I use epoxy on mine. You got me thinking now, don't know for sure what was holding the factory installed aluminum inserts I changed to brass, but when they came out w/ heat on threaded rod, I guess I assumed it was hot melt. I haven't had to pull any since and just use super glue on the nocks. Thanks for the tips!

I had one eye open wide at first, but when I got to this part they both came open all the way!!!! Be careful, a cracked shaft can make for bad hunting and a unhappy wife!!:eek:
