Tarted Up A Few
as Dnk would say, lol. Here's my second attempt w/ Az Ez. Found out mine is rt hand helical for alum and 8 degrees. The carbons are 6 degrees. Yeah, I know but they don't hit in the slot, but do touch the scope mount a tad. I was gonna pin-stripe them, but ran outta wine and my hand is shaking too bad, lol. Not real happy w/ weight variations but nothing I can figure out to do about it yet. 394 to 418

RE: Tarted Up A Few
Dan, did you spray or dip the paint? I sprayed but I think some day I'll dip the shafts some day. They look good man and I bet they are easy to find and see them fly!

RE: Tarted Up A Few
Don: Haven't shot them yet. Sprayed em w/ Enamel. Made a steady rest w/ hole screwed down to bench top, taped em all off and then put drill in vise w/ 8-32 bolt in jaws. Just stuck a shaft in through the hole and screwed it on drill. Tape was bearing. Gave em 2 coats, figured it was faster than wiping runs off and starting over. Got three that are 417, 418, 418, those will work in Paradox. The rest came out w/in a few grains of 397. Gotta cut up deer tomorrow and get some wood hauled, been fooling around w/ xbows too much, lol.

RE: Tarted Up A Few
I'm far from being artistic (I dream in black and white crayon) but I think it needs some colour at the black/white line. I would add a fade job or a bright crest. Just my worthless opinion. Hey, ask your girlfriend what she thinks! LOL! Maybe some flowers or something! Hehehehehehe
