Brass inserts

Besides the Laser II bolts what other sizes or brands can you get brass inserts for? Where too?

TenPoint carbons come with a brass insert that weighs about 115 grains.
They are GoldTip shafts and inserts.

Have you made any headway on the gobblers?

Gobblers........... I put one to bed the other night and went in at dark to set up on him the next morning. I was about 80 yds across from him at light and I know he saw me but still gobbled his head off. Stayed in the tree later than usual. Probably didn't know what I was but didn't like it none the less. Went down and went the other way with the 1 hen nearby. I went after him and he quit gobbling. Lots of scratchings there. This is the same area a bird roosted in last year. Might be the same bird. I plan on coming in behind where it's thicker and try him later on this week. The trees are still pretty bare here but greening out every day. Had a Jake under 10 yds but let him pass.

I think there is someone on the Excal forum that knows or makes them. I'll start a thread there.
