A guy that we meet to go pheasant hunting with alwasy brings some goodies with him. One day he said he had some good jerky that he wanted us to try, so everyone had a piece and it was really good. Now when I say that i had to eat..

We cooked a copperhead snake one day because my buddies wife said we couldn't do it. We were already had a rattlesnake on the pit when the copperhead came crawling by and we killed it. When my buddies wife seen it she asked what we were going to do w/ it and I joked that we were going to cook it, and she said there was no way she was going to let us do that. So we threw it on the pit after cleaning it. It wasn't bad though it was a little small.

had some muskrat, beaver and opossum the beaver was the best

Balut - a fertilized chicken or duck egg that's been allowed to "grow" for a week before hard boiling . Considered a delicacy in the Phillipines , they can have it ... [:'(]

Dog - also in the Phillipines . I have to admit , Rover ain't half bad with several dozen cold beers to wash him down . ;)

Monkey - species unknown , also Phillipines , tastes somewhat like dog .

Bull nuts - in Singapore , not bad but also not something that I would eat again .
