Default Quick and Easy V Burger

Quick and easy, don’t snub your nose until you try it.

This is embellished hamburger helper with venison burger or sausage.

.Only use the potato HBH the noodles are junk.

Sauté diced onions and peppers, hot if you like, salt and pepper, add the helper potatoes and water/milk or whatever the HBH calls for. Add a cup of each corn and peas. Cook until the potatoes are done and add an 8 ounce bag of shredded cheeses. Add any HBH ingredients, cheese most likely, and melt/mix it up and serve.

Heck, we use it in any recipe that requires hamburger. I have not had hamburger helper in a long time with out v burger. I think the key to v burger being any good is all in the grinding. I grind my own, and only grind meat. I keep clear of any fat, tendon, etc..../
