I've shot a few yotes...and I'll eat damn near anything. HOWEVER, I wouldn't eat anything that smelled like that on a bet.

Go to almost any Asian cooking web site,and they should have a recipe for K-GO-GEE,which is barbequed dog meat!

Check Philipino recipes. You could probably substitute the 'yote for black dog. According to a friend; roasted black dog and a case of San Miguel on the beach were the makings of many a great party in the &quot;'pines&quot;

Cut the meat in stew size chunks. Place on a 12" x 14" oak board. Cover meat with generous amount of red clay. place in 275 degree oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and set it out to cool. When cool enough to handle, remove meat and clay and seperate. Now, eat the board.
