Cut them this way across the grain \ \ \ \ \ \ it makes them a little bigger but you dont have to. let them marinade in italian dressing a few hours, drain off most of the dressing and roll them in flour and fry.
Pretty good if I do say so myself

TxHighRack has it down. Also cut a couple of strips in the Tenderloin and add a couple of slices of Jalapeno before wrapping with bacon. Makes me hungry thinking about it.

Season to taste,
Place in a smoker with cherry/apple wood at 180 degrees for 6 hours.
