RE: Turkey Ring

I like the idea, but my gravy has water, salt and flour in it, my dressing has butter and onions in it. The only ingrediant I'm missing is the eggs. So why not just add eggs to my gravy, turkey and stuffing? What kind of consistency does the finished product have? like a meatloaf, frittata, omlet or for lack of words lumpy or chunky mashed potatoes?. Sounds good though. How is it cold on a sandwich?.:)

Sorry about not getting back with you. Been busy making doll furniture, again. Need to get some sharper blades. The extra flour is to keep it from being too sticky or runny. It makes up kinda like a meatloaf, only more substance to it. And it's great in a sandwich!!:)
