Cooking goat?

Ok, I'm thinking about gettin into raising goats for meat, but b/f I get into this new venture I'm gonna buy a hind qtr from the local Indian Meat market and try cooking it b/f I get into selling them. So, does anyone have any good recipies for cooking a goat hind qtr?

Prepare the same way as lamb ,
don't forget the mint jelly . Slow roasting is the best way .

we always BBQ them.dad always grew some on the farm.we would butcher them when they were about 3/4 grown,6 or 8 at a time.we would 1/2 some and 1/4 the others , then we would go to town with them hanging on the sideboards of the truck,by 10 or 11:00 they were all sold.and we were on the way home.I would get $5.00 for helping dad.:D:D,man was I a happy kid(no pund intended);)[&:]

I ate a lot of goat when I spent a month in Nepal. They cooked in every which way you can think of and it was great.

I was pretty damn sick of curry by the end of that trip. You would think with all the spices in the world they would use more then one [:'(]
