½ lb linguini, break into 1/4s boil aldente 1 can cream of celery soup 8 oz shredded mex cheese ½ bell pepper, I like red for color ½ inch diced 1 onion, ½ inch diced 1 lb ground venison Olive oil for sautéing Fresh corn Optional 2 or 3 ears corn sliced off 2 stalks celery sliced S&P to taste Splash of white wine if you like Stir fry, sauté, veggies and add venison, stir fry till browned. Add soup and cheese and stir until blended. Let sit for a while and enjoy |
