Duck Shishkabob...

4 duck breasts(2 birds) cut crosswise into thin strips
bamboo skewers, soaked in water for half hour

thread meat strips onto soaked skewers
cook on BBQ at med heat for 2 minutes per side(4)
brush with BBQ sauce, soy sauce, peanut sauce, or your own favourite

Enjoy

I love my honey garlic grouse stir fry. Cube up 4-5 grouse breast and fry them up till cooked well. Then chop up some veggies such as celery, califlower, broccli, carrots, and i also throw in some water cheasnuts, bean sprouts and some little corns. Now combine all the vegies and meat in a deep frying pan or a wok then add some honey garlic sauce on the mixture. Put the lid on and let the veggies steam for awhile stirring occansionally. Add salt to taste and serve on a bed of rice. mmm good
