SMOKING FISH...
I SAW THIS ON A ENGLISH COOKING SHOW, A GUY TOOK A NICE WHOLE SALMON AND SEASONED IT UP WITH AL DIFFERENT TYPES OF SPICES AND THEN WRAPPED IT IN WET NEWSPAPER AND PUT IT IN SOME COALS AND LET IT COOK FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS, SAY THAT IT WORKS THE FISH LOOKED GOOD, MIGHT HAVE TO TRY IT, ANYBODY ELSE EVER HEARD OF THIS???

Never heard of newspaper but have used cheese cloth before.

YEAH WHAT HE DID WAS WET THE NEWSPAPER AND THEN ROLLED THE FISH UP IN IT. AND BUT IN THE COALS FOR A COUPE OF HOURS AND WHEN HE PULLED IT OUT, THE NEWSPAPER HAD BURNED BUT NONE OF THE BURNED PART HAD TOUCHED THE FISH
