I tried this venison recipe just today. And all I can say is WOW! My husband is loving it. He almost forgot I haven't eaten yet. If you want to cook a venison recipe for hubby try this one too!

Lasagna. A great meal made easy. Baked with a noodle base, sauce meat and cheese, this dish is a delicious family classic, cooked during big holidays and perfect for a quiet dinner at home.

I don’t care for the Ricotta Cheese. So what we do is brown up some burger ( deer, moose, or beef ) and then mix in a pound of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and use that mixture in place of the Ricotta. I can only say we love it like that..
