Deer Bacon - DIY
I have been making deer bacon for several years now. The following will show how to make it, but what I'd really like, is the actual recipe for the dry mix. This is the only specialty meat I make from deer that i don't do from scratch. I have no idea what is in the mix that makes it taste like bacon.
