Beer can Chicken
#4
Beer can chicken is nothing but a mess to me. Chicken is tender and juicy on its' own merit. If I plan to cook a whole chicken, I buy a rotisserie chicken at the store for $5.99 or less. Hard to beat and hard to justify anything else.

I use the beer can holders that keep your chicken vertical. I use a brown surgar and galic, salt and pepper, paperika and mix it with a little mayo pasteand and baste it then it goes into the smoker. Alsome skin.

It depends on what I feel like that day. I've done the salt, pepper, and garlic route and it's good. Can't go wrong either way.....

Is that the one with the little pan thing at the base of it? I've seen some people have those type and put veggies in the base.
