Made Sausage

Made 40 packages of sausage yesterday from the non steak on this years buck. Did half Pennsylvania Dutch and the other half Hot Italian. Should be some good eating.

Great! I do a sausage fest every year, one year we did almost 1000lbs! Hope it turned out good :)
