http://youtu.be/4oUVSJY_by8 This is venison jerky two different ways. Flat sticks in a dehydrator from ground and also stuffed into snack stick casings using a jerky gun and cooked/smoked on a grill. You'll pick up a few tricks here on laying out your meat and trying snack sticks with the same gear you use for jerky making. Both are great and come out very different even though they are from the same meat and spices.
