Ever Have Bear Liver
 
Anyone ever have bear liver? I just shot a 210 lb' er a couple of weeks ago and had some of the liver. Man was it tasty. I cooked it real good to and not very slow. I cooked it fast and completey well but not burnt.
Was it ever good!!!

Had to go to a bear hunting seminar given by the state to get a bear permit this year and they warned against eating deer or bear liver from older animals because of the build-up of heavy metals or something like that.[:@] Don' t know if that pertains to all states or just good old industrial Jersey.:D
