mine has,garlic powder,onion powder,lawyers seasons powder,black pepper,accent,tenerezier.

liquid ; soy,worchisteir.(sp)

Thanks I interested in the stuff that came with my dehydrator. One package of seasoning & one of cure. I was wondering if I could make my own mix cheaper.

Bent Arrow :::::: look down to the post on Jerky recipies,it gives mine with all the ingredents.it is way cheaper than buying those ready made packages.
When you get all the stuff,it will be enough for a lot of jerky and other stuff also.[:-][:-]
