looking to buy a Smoker and get my own smoking business wild game meats started, andd would like to no what yall think is the best smoker out there..quality and price, willing to spend the $ on a smoker, have heard the pro-smokers are the way to go?..any advice would help,thank you guys!! I just shoot alot of game and if never get own business started to do on the side I would use the heck out of it!!! also heard bradley smokers the bisquettes are just to darn expensive so it sucks to use a bradley!! Thanks yall

Nebraska but in VA it would be illegal for you to sell wild game.

For what you're talking about you would need a small building-type commercial smokehouse, not a small one designed for family use.

I have owned many different smokers in the past, I now own a Bradley. It is by far the best smoker I have ever owned. The bisquettes arnt that expensive. I like the Bradley because you have total control of the smoke and the temp.

And buy a Bradley or make one yourself.
Purchase commercially supplied game meat to smoke, that'd be legal most anywhere.

Smoking meat commercially for hunters/others as a service is another option.

When you serve food is where you need to be USDA compliant.
