Cookshack's.
Either the electric or the Fast Eddy pellet.

I have used an electric Smoke Hollow for the past 4 years for general use here at home. No problems so far. Just stay away from propane units. Also beware of the Masterbuilt series electric smokers. Lots of wiring issues with them.

Pro Smoker, or any smoker that can dry efficiently and cook evenly. All of our Pro Smokers work awesome .

I use my Traeger for everything from smoking to grilling and baking. Love the Pellets.

I have had the Bradly for 6 years and it OK at best..Very hard to hold a steady temp.If the meat is cold will take an hour to get up to temp. Will be getting a new one at Xmas..........

We used to sell the cookshacks but stopped because they dont move enough air to properly dry sausage's.
