Whats the best meat to smoke?

Ive been a hunter all my life. I use my custom Realsteelpits.com Water smoker. But lately I havent had much time to go out on a hunt. So ive been going to the market and just picking up butt roasts and ribs. So whats your opinion othe best meat to smoke?

I like turkey or whole chickens. Skins is like leather which I kinda like but the meat is full of moisture and smoke flavor

What are you wanting to eat??

I think what kind of meat you use depends on what you want to eat. Are you thinking ribs, chicken, pork, ham, bacon, or just want some JERKY? For jerky although venison is in my opinion best if you have an unlucky season beef works really well. I use a roast so I can cut WITH the grain its VERY important to the texture and flavor that you cut WITH the grain. Check out this video if you like give me feedback and share it amongst your friends if you like it!!!
