Goose Jerky

Finally made some more goose jerky and let me tell you it taste awesome here is a video on how i made it let me know what yall think

I like goose turkey too. Its easier to make than deer and it doesn't have the tendons like deer. Taste somewhat like deer but easier and more tender.
