In a starvation situation, I'd eat one, but so far, it's never come to that.

I shot one w/ my bow and my wife's cousin wanted to try it, so we butchered it. I made taco meat out of some of it. It was OK, nothing special. He made tacos and spaghetti with the rest of it. His Grandpa really liked - he kept going back for seconds.

The main thing is it has to be cooked thoroughly - it's to grind the meat so you can see that it is cooked.
