Horseradish Recipe

Help i am looking for a recipe to make my horseradish with out vinegar.Mine don't stay hot when i use vinegar it is good for about 1 week

Are you keeping in the fridge?Also keep the iars frozen till ready to use?Maybe a little less sugar.
