My favorite way to get rid of it is to eat it as burgers. It goes really well mixed 50% with hamburger to make it stick together.
Of course, adding it to lasagne or other meat sauces is an easy way to hide it from people who have not yet seen the high-protein, low fat light.
For kids, a neat way to prepare it is to mix it 50% with beef burger and an egg or two per person. Make into a hotdog shaped tube about 50% thicker than you would expect. Fry or grill and serve on a hotdog bun for a little change of page. Of course, if you are adventurous, put some mint and garlic on it and do it Lebanese style on a skewer.

try combining 1 lbs. venision w/ 1 egg, 2 tbs garlic,. 1 finely chopped onion and liptons onion soup (dry mix) in a large bowl. make the patties. sprinkle a little powdered smoke flavor ( about a pinch per burger ) on each. then place a strip or two of the cheapest bacon you can find ( the kind which is mainly fat)! cook over low heat to desired tenderness. then in a small bowl combine 3 tbs of miricle whip, a dash of hot sauce. a couple of drops of yellow mustard and 1 tsp honey. mix well while dashing lemon pepper in the mix. toast enough rolls . when burgers are done put on a slice of farmers cheese and serve.
