was goin good til he used a hack saw right throgh the back strap!! other than that it was the basics.i am more of a muscle remover than a butcher i guess.

I got a dvd called Deer and Big Game Processing Volume 1 with Brad Lockwood. He takes you from field dressing through butchering. It's about 3 hours long and is sort of a commercial for Outdoor Edge products. Bought it at Cabela's for $15 or $20.
