Try marinating it first in a little apple juice, and red onion. This will help in keeping the meat moist, and tender. The Foreman grill works really well, and it will seer in all the flavour!

Let us know how you made out!

The George Forman grill works great. Just remember don't overcook the meat. There is no fat to knock out in those venison steaks.
Use you favorite marinade or one of the many good ones from this site and enjoy.

as a bachelor i must say i used to think that if i couldnt cook it on a paper plate in the microwave or outside on the bbq then it wasnt worth cookin. then i got a george . it cooks everthing from meat to fish to hashbrowns and great french toast. wild game is better marinated. and like said above will become leather if overcooked.
