Default Ground meat jerky

Up at O-Dark thirty this morning grinding semi frozen venison

spices mixed in and re-ground

getting the racks and jerky cannon ready

start shooting

in the smoker

out of the smoker 8 hrs later

all ready to package. I couldn't resist a sample, it turned out very good. Terriaki seasoning from the Sausage maker

I like using the spice n slice mixes . .. my father use to use them in the 80s ,.. and it became like tradition ... we made one we call the COW PATTY . we make a flavored ground ball smashed it a baked it on a rack 4hrs. .. no dehydrator necessary.

www.spicenslice.com - to find some .

We have a teriyaki jerky seasoning. It is not on our web site but if you call 800 762 6689 and ask for Ben he can get some out to you. We also offer a discount to Hunting Net members so be sure to mention it to Ben.
