RE: Appetizers?

Brian,

I have one for venison, elk or moose that is sure to please. Cut venison tenderloin or steaks into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and put into a ziplock bag. Add enough teriyaki to cover the meat and a teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well, press all the air out of the bag and refrigerated overnight. Wrap a half a piece of bacon around each piece of meat and broil in oven until the bacon is done to disired crispness.
Even those who don't like wild game love this recipe. Mmm Mmm good.

RE: Appetizers?

Brian,
Dont know if you have had these but there great.
Take a doz. jalapeno (More or less depends on you) cut the tops off and clean out the seeds. You might want to wear gloves.
fill with cream cheese or use the can cheese. Wrap in bacon and pin it on with toothpicks. Place on the grill and brush on a good BBQ sauce. Cook till they are soft.
I cook them on the second shelf.
If you use cream cheese put it in the freezer and cut it while hard.
Rick
