I Just bought a " Firestone" sharpener that use the sharpening discs. You can put an edge on a dull knife that will shave hair in about three-four minutes that would take a wet stone closer to a hour to do. VERY easy to use- if you can hold a knife upright you can use this like a pro, no more wondering if you have the correct angle just run the knife across the discs slowly decreasing the pressure with each stroke, needs no oil and much lighter than a wet stone. Cabela' s carries them $17-$20.00. This is the " miracle sharpener" you asked for.
