sniff.....I have tears in my eyes...........not from the smoke but because I anin`t there to enjoy. Damn that looks good.

Hey big guy, those birds don't look brined. I always brine mine, just to help with flavor and moistness.

They were brined, salt, brown sugar, water. I don't use cure as they are for immediat use. Cure would just be a waste in ths application. Unless you like pink coloured chicken.

That is some very mouth watering looking food you prepared. I would also wager everything I own,that it tastes just as good as it looks. Very nice job!

No,no, Ive never cured chickens either, but the brineing is a step I never skip. Even for beer-can chicken.
