Flatten the tenderlions slightly with a meat hammer. In a iron skillet brown up some onions, peppers, mushrooms in some butter. Add some additional butter then tenderloins, a few minutes on each side, once you flip add provalone cheese on top cover with lid. Serve all ingriedients on French Bread and you will have the best steak sandwich youv'e ever had.
