Smoked Chuck Roll.
 
Smoked a 19 1/2 lb chuck roll for a little over 17hrsmonday. Used hickory chuncks with wister ter shire(sp) spritzs. Pics start after 12hrs smokin to finish.

jersey store bought green chili sauce. El paso and las palmas are to makers. ;)

looks great BL aren't our smokers terrific, I've been making peperoni, and some smoked pork and cheese sausage. I should have taken pics.

Big Guy01 Thanks theywere tasty :D. I really enjoy our smoker ;)For your sauages hell yeah take pics, I want to see more of your handy work :D. I haven't stuffed anything since march [&o]. But I will in the near future :D
