They look good enough to eat LOL. I'll have to try and get some pecan wood on my next trip south. How about pecan shells would they give the same flavour?

Thanks guys they were edible

BigGuy, as for pecan shells for smoking, I don't know. The wood it's self is great. I only mixed apple cause I didn't have enough pecan and either did sportsmen warehouse. It has a great subtle flavor give it a try and tell me what ya think

Jersey as for the noddles a box supplied that part of the meal sorry

i used pecan shells on hickory while smoking whole crappie one time and it was great, i tried it on rabbit and was not as effective.
