Peach and Berry Crumble
 

6 peaches blanched, peeled and sliced (save water)
strawberries 2 cups sliced
blackberries, blueberries, raspberries 2 cups
1/2 cup honey
2 tbspn white sugar
1 lemmon

Slice lemmon in half and squeeze juice on peaches and mix. Layer 9x9 baking dish with peaches. Combine berries, honey, sugar and place on top of peaches. Place lemmon halves in blanching water and boil to make the house smell nice.;)

Crumble
1 cup oats, 1 cup flour, 1/4 lb butter frozen, 1 teaspoon cinamon, 1 cup brown sugar

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Shred frozen butter on top of dry goods and mix lightly. Cover berries with crumble.

Bake in a 350'F oven 45-60 min or until crumble is golden brown. Serve warm with Vanella Icecream or a whipping cream.
