Super bowl food

Whats everybody eating? The wife and I are invited to a friends party nothin fancy. But i'm kinda up in the air about food.I need some differantidea's, I feel like I have writers block but with food. Usually I'll do bbq pulled pork or ribs or somthing. Which every body enjoys. It's just that I want somthing differant, like in the wow factor. But not somthing thats to expensive. Thanxs ;)

If you have any back-strap left be sure all of the silver senue is removed and marinade it in teryaki for at least an hour. Grill over a hot fire for 3-4 minutes a side. Remove it and slice it real thin cross grain and stand back! Oh yeah, make sure you take a piece before you set it on the table!!

Here's what I'm kind of thinkin. Jalapeno's stuffed with creme cheese and shrimp wrapped in bacon then smoked. Also on another web site they talked about fatties. Which is a sauage stuffedmeat loaf smoked. I never heard of or tried that b4, but soundsoh so good. They use jimmy dean sauage or itailan roll it flat an fill it with what ever they want. Creme cheese or mozarilla spagehtti sauce anything then smoke it to a temp of 160.

How can you watch the game and not have wings. They actually charge more for a pound of wings in Buffalo this time of year! Wings, fries, venision jerky, chips & dip....beer.....friends....priceless!
