Fast & Simple Jerky !!!!
 

I bought a30 dollar kit at Dunhams with the Jerky gun and the nozzles...The Kit included High Mountains Hickory Mix & HOT Habenaro Mix.


I took some burger...mixed the cure and seasoning in with 2lbs...Left it over night.....

And here is the kicker...as the directions said...

200 degress in the oven for only 1.5 hours!

Best homemade "flat" sausage sticks I've ever had...

They are like the slim jims but not the round kind....I used the round nozzle too...unreal...

You don't have to wait 8 hours to get some great sticks!
