Favorite kitchen Knife

My new favorite kitchen knife is the Kershaw 7 Inch Santuko. I just got it a few weeks ago but its the sharpest best cutting knife I have used including the Shun and Wushof. Mine has the Bambo handle. Makes it fun to work in the kitchen;)

Picked up a 60 dollar Wusthof Chef knife from a yard sale, (still in the sleeve) for 2.50 cents,,yeah, 2.50 cents. It slices paper thin slices tomatoe, onions, whatever.

Henckels......best knives ever. We have the professional series i think. They are very expensive, but are defiently worth the money. The key to keeping them in good condition is to not run them through the dishwasher. Just wash them with soap and warm water. Also keep them in a butcher block.

I have a couple of Henkels but I want to try a couple of Japanese knives from the Japanese woodworker. Only place I've seen 12000 grit water stones as well.
