RE: deer roast

I used a tenderloin instead of a roast (

The crock pot is for less tender cuts of meat,To me that'sa waste of some good grillin Venison. But I can't knock you . To each their own. I'm thinking that the rest of you deer youturned in to chopped meat, or stew.:D;)

I do it every once in a while. My gas grill is buried in about 3 foot of snow so that option was out. My wife complains just about every time I cook it on the stove so I opted for the crock pot. I was anxious to try it and see how it was. Next time I will use a roast.
