RE: jerky making
I got this one from somewhere on the net and have tweaked it a little.
3lb of deer ground 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/8 cup of worshtershire 2 spoons liquid smoke 1 spoon garlic powder 1 spoon onion powder 2 spoons tender quick cure salt 3 spoons cayane pepper/powder Allow to sit over night and then dehydrate. You can cut back/out on the cayane if you don't like it warm. |

alright so i see that most of these recipes are for dehydrators. what if i dont have one? can i use just like a regluar oven?

Yeh, you dont need a dehydrator, get some metal sheets to put ur jerky on lay them opposite of the oven trays and leave the oven door open a little.
