1 cup coarse salt
1 cup brown sugar
20 cups water

Those recipies for geese sound better than the one I heard. A friend said to take your geese, cube them, put them in a pot with an equal amount of cut up inner tubes, cook them for 5 hours and then eat the inner tubes.........

I CUT THE BREAST INTO 1 INCH CUBES AND WRAP THEM EACH INDIVUALY
WITH A 1/2 STRIP OF BACON. THEN I GRILL THEM FOR 7-10 MINUTES.
IT MAKES A GREATN PART FOOD ESPECIALLY IN FOOTBALL SEASON FOR
A GUYS FOOTBALL GATHERING.
