RE: deer meat

Deer meat can bet cooked just like beef so I’m not sure what your asking. Pan fried, stir fried, as a roast, slow cooker, on the barbecue. They are all easy...

Here is one of favorite recipies.
Cut steaks 1/2 inch thick.
In a bag of some sort add 2 cups flower, 1/2 tspoon salt 1/2 tspoon pepper.
1 cup red onions,diced.
4 cloves minced garlic,( more or less depending on your taste).
3 bl spoons olive oil.
Heat a large frying pan on med high, add oil until pan starts to smokeadd onions and sautee about 5 minutes.Add garlic, cook untill
garlic starts to turn brown.
Put meat in bag of flower mix and shake well.
Add meat to frying pan and cook about 5 minutes and turn, cook 3 more minutes. Meat should be done.
The onion and garlic should be black and just plain delicious.

Melt a stick of butter in a large skillet, dump in an onion and your steaks. Keep covered and flip meat when browned. Only takes about 10 minutes as long as you cut your steaks 1/2-1" thick.
