Finished product
 
Well heres a pic of the pork, took about 16hrs.The party was a blast lots of people and food.Their were 63 people playing no limit texas holdem. Top ten got a peice of the $2200.00 pot, I placed 17th no money just a great time. Being in a hurry I forgot the camera on the counter [:@]. Thats why there's only 2 pic total.

The last ones I did were about that size and took over 14 hours , I literally pulled the bones from them with two fingers with no trouble . I used applewood , orangewood , and mulberrywood pellets in rotation along with my ultra secret injected marinade . Afterward the meat was pulled and left to slowly simmer in bbq sauce for 3 hours in a waterbath in our 18 quart roaster before serving . No chance of burning when you have your own steam table . [8D]
