Freshwater-Crappie
Saltwater- harder to narrow down. Grouper, Snapper, or Mahi Mahi

Freshwater...hmmm...Crappie is hard to beat but a lot of small panfish are good too.

Saltwater...all that i have tried were excellent cooked but fatty tuna stands out raw or lightly seared for sashimi or sushi. A triggerfish i caught called a "tally" was outstanding cooked on the grill.

I like to eat white meat fish, like perch, walleye, haddock, and striper bass.

Unless I eat a fish raw, I cant distinguish the differences when frieds or baked.

Fresh bluegill is some of the best freshwater fish I've had. Saltwater has to be swordfish, or fresh shark meat.

I dont remember if I posted in this thread or not...lol but I like crappie, rock/striped bass, blue catfish not the muddy cats, alaskan salmon, trout, havent had walleye yet that I know of, hadduk is good, croaker, bluefish, spot...I like quite a bit of them haha theres lots more I want to try...
