Perch
Walleye
Whitefish (Especially smoked)

Only fish I really can't stand is salmon. Just never learned to like it.

Walleye is excellent, perch is darn good too just takes a few more for a meal but my all out favorite is burbot. Don't worry they taste alot better than they look.
Oh, how could I of forgot ling......my mom makes a mean Ling chowder......catch'em through the ice when its pitch black, and you can hear the bells from your tip-upringing, and you're tripping over your pack, the dog, the fire [&:]Good times......[8D]

Try putting down a piece of tin foil. Sprinkle on some season salt, followed by butter and some (few) onions and a few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce, then a layer or two of Walleye fillets. Put the same mix on top of the filletsor in between if doing multiple layers. Rap edges TIGHT all the way around. Throw it on the heat and roll the package when it puffs like a balloon. Couple puffs and its done. More puffs if the package is thicker. Use heavy foil as you don't want it to blow out.

need a good walleye recipe. normally i dredge 'em in corn meal with a little cayenne, and then fry the fillets in bacon grease. any other suggestions?

Oh, and my favorite fish is channel cats, but wallye, perch and crappie are good too, as long as I caught them.
