Deep Frying Cook Book.

Just thought I'd share. My aunt gave me this cook book called The Ultimate Turkey Fryer Cook Book by Reece Williams. It has alot of interesting receipes, from meat, fish, veggies, and also desserts. There's a Prime rib receipe that I might have to attempt. Heres a web addy meredithbooks.com Let me know what you all think and happy frying.

I actually got a book for deep frying when I bought my deep fryer. I do not know if it is the same book but it definitely has some great recipes in it.
