Favorite Eatin' Duck?

Tonight I had wild duck for the first time!!! It was a bluebill and we made homemade shake and Fry. It was good.
What kinda duck do you people prefer?

Mallards.Marinate the breasts in Italian salad dressing for 3-4hrs.in fridge then put on grill till done,AWESOME!!
