Deer sticks (beef sticks but w/ deer)
Does anyone have any Ideas, how I can make my deer sticks & deer bologna moist w/o adding if any fat, I tried leaving any water from the deer in w/ the meat and it looked like I was stuffing alot of water with the meat and it didn't keep it moist, someone thought maybe adding a cup of apple sauce per pound would keep it moist? Any Ideas!

Yes, you add fat replacer, you can get it here. Also are you adding soy protein or non-fat dried milk?
